The Keeper 16 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant 1.5 in. Hi-Test webbing to absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a chrome finish ratchet, molded grip and corrosion-resistant handle, and chrome finish double J-hooks.
